VINYL / PVC · LOWEST MAINTENANCE

Vinyl Fence Installation in Dallas Fort Worth

No staining, no sealing, and nothing to rot at the post line, which is most of what people are buying when they choose vinyl. The color runs through the material rather than sitting on it, so the sun fades it far more slowly than it fades a stain. It costs more than cedar the day it goes in and asks for almost nothing after that.

  • A written price at the end of the visit, not a number invented later
  • Free estimate with nobody leaning on you at the end of it
  • Up to $1,000 OFF on full installations booked this month

Free Vinyl Fence estimate + up to $1,000 OFF

Straight answer: what a vinyl fence costs in Dallas Fort Worth comes down to how much fence you need, how many gates, how far the ground falls across the run, whether a truck can reach the line, and what has to come out first. Nobody can give you a real number without seeing the property, and a number quoted over the phone is a number that changes later. The estimate is free and you leave with the price in writing.

Why people here pay more for vinyl

The maintenance plan is a garden hose

The color is part of the material, so there is no finish to break down under UV and nothing to reapply on a schedule. In this climate that matters more than it does in a milder one, because the sun is what shortens the maintenance cycle on wood.

Panels that look the same in year ten

Wood moves as it dries, and the boards that cup or split are the ones you end up swapping. Vinyl panels hold their line, so the fence looks the same in year ten as it did the week it went in.

Nothing here for termites to eat

There is nothing in vinyl for termites to eat and nothing to wick moisture at ground level, which is where wood fences usually fail first.

Set deep enough to survive a wet spring

The posts still have to be set for the clay, and they are. Vinyl does not change that requirement, and any quote that skips the depth is quoting a different fence to the one you think you are buying.

Colors that clear most HOA covenants

White and almond clear most covenants around here without a variance, and your estimator will know what your neighborhood expects before the panel color is ordered. It is a shorter conversation than finding out after the fence is up.

What drives the cost of a vinyl fence in Dallas Fort Worth

Two yards the same size can quote very differently, which is why the number gets written on the property rather than guessed at over the phone. What you get at the end of the visit is a price we will stand behind, not a range that moves once somebody has actually walked the line.

Vinyl costs more than cedar on install day and pays that back every year you do not stain it. Against aluminum it is the cheaper way to get real privacy, though it will not give you the open sight lines or the pool-code geometry that aluminum does. If you are staying in the house five years or more, the maintenance math usually tips to vinyl.

Financing is available at 12 months same as cash through Acorn Finance, and the discount comes off before the monthly payment is worked out.

Vinyl Fence styles we install

  • Full privacy

Solid panels, the standard for a back yard you want closed off.

  • Semi-privacy

Spaced pickets up top so air moves through, which matters in August.

  • Picket

Front-yard height that keeps the yard open.

Vinyl Fence against the alternatives, honestly

Choose cedar if…

you want a private back yard for the lowest price, and you do not mind staining it every few years. That maintenance is the honest cost of the material.

Wood Fence

Choose vinyl if…

you want full privacy and you would rather not own a maintenance schedule. It costs more than cedar the day it goes in and gives that back every year you skip the stain.

Choose aluminum if…

you want open views, a pool fence that passes inspection, or the wrought-iron look without the maintenance. It costs the most per foot and it will not give you privacy.

Aluminum Fence

Choose chain link if…

you are enclosing a lot of ground on a budget, or containing a dog along a back line. It gives you the least privacy and the least curb appeal of anything we install.

Chain Link Fence

If you are still weighing two of these against each other, that is what the free estimate is for. The estimator brings samples of each and prices both on the same yard so you are comparing the two numbers that actually apply to you.

What our customers say

Whatever your vinyl quote comes to, it is up to $1,000 less right now.

The discount comes off a full vinyl installation before financing is calculated, so the monthly figure moves too. Vinyl is the material where it does the most work, because it closes much of the gap against cedar on install day.

The Make-It-Right Promise sits behind the workmanship, and it is the reason we are comfortable telling you to collect the other two quotes first.

For the month of August only — estimates booked by Monday, August 31 qualify.

Our word, in writing

The Make-It-Right Promise

Things sometimes go wrong on job sites. What matters is who comes back. We answer. We come back. We stand behind it. We have honored that even when it cost us money, and that is how this company was built.

Fair questions about vinyl fences

How much does a vinyl fence cost?

Vinyl costs more per foot than cedar and less than aluminum, and where your job lands inside that depends on the length of the run, the gates, and the grade. We price it on the property rather than over the phone, because the number has to be one we will honor once somebody has walked the line.

Does vinyl hold up in Texas heat?

Good vinyl does. The material expands and contracts with temperature, which is why panels are built to float in the rails rather than being fixed solid, and a proper install leaves room for that movement. Cheap big-box panels are a different story, and they are where most of the horror stories come from.

Will white vinyl turn yellow?

Not on current material. UV inhibitors are part of the extrusion rather than a coating, so the color holds. The chalky yellowed fences still standing around older subdivisions are twenty-year-old product from before that was standard.

How do you clean a vinyl fence?

A hose handles ordinary dirt. For the green film that shows up on a shaded run, soapy water and a soft brush will take it off. A pressure washer is not necessary and, held too close, it will haze the surface.

Can you paint a vinyl fence?

You can, and you should think hard about it first. The color already runs through the material, so painting adds a surface that will eventually peel and puts you on exactly the maintenance schedule you bought vinyl to avoid.

Is PVC fence the same as vinyl fence?

They are two names for one product. PVC describes the polymer and vinyl is what the trade calls the finished fence, so a search for either one lands you in the right place.

Does vinyl blow down in a storm?

A properly installed vinyl fence handles the wind we get here. Solid privacy panels catch more wind than an open fence does, which is why post depth and spacing matter more on vinyl than on almost anything else we install.

Is vinyl worth the extra cost over cedar?

It depends how long you are staying. Vinyl asks for more money once and close to nothing after that. Cedar asks for less at the start, then wants stain and the occasional board on a repeating schedule. Past about five years in the house the totals cross.
